Meet Our Team

Lisa Campbell (she/her) is founder and CEO of Mercari Agency, helping cannabis companies come to market across Canada since the dawn of recreational legalization. She became a true cannabis expert by working extensively in international drug policy with Canadian Students for Sensible Drug Policy. Lisa holds a Master of Environmental Studies from York University and is a Canadian Institutes for Health Research (CIHR) Universities Without Walls alumnus.

Laina (she/her) was born in Toronto, moved to Kamloops about 10 years ago and now resides in Calgary, Alberta. She has worked in both the cannabis and fashion industry and has a passion for meeting and exceeding all her KPI’s. Laina is currently working towards a BA in Psychology and is excited to be able to bring her knowledge to the cannabis industry. She loves being able to spread as much knowledge as she can and educate those on all things cannabis.

Amorae (she/her) was born and raised in Strathroy, Ontario, moving to London in 2019 for college. Spending the last five years in the industry, she has delved deep into the sales component, and grown a thorough understanding of the plant and it’s history. She prides herself on being a reliant and trustworthy face in the field. In her spare time, wellness and volunteer work are some of her other passions. 

Bryan (He/Him) was born in Calgary, Alberta. He has a diverse background in the cannabis industry, having worked as a legacy market Budtender, a Licensed producer as a grow team member, a retail Budtender. His passion for the plant stems from his extensive experience with it in various capacities over the years.

Originally from the prairies, Chariti (she/her) made Vancouver Island, BC her home since she was a teenager.  As a Customer Service and Retail Experience instructor, she brings a unique perspective to our team. When Chariti isn't in her art studio, she is helping introduce people to the gentle wonders of Cannabis.

Based in Kelowna, BC, Meagan has been with Mercari for three years, where she oversees a large and diverse territory. She specializes in building strong, lasting connections with buyers and retailers no matter the distance. Known for her exceptional marketing skills, Meagan excels at promoting products both in the field and at industry events. Her retailers know her as a reliable partner who is always there to offer support and find solutions to any challenge that may arise. She is passionate about educating retailers on her brand; creating growth and success across every partnership.

Juniper (she/her) was born in Vancouver and raised on Salt Spring Island from age 6. After studying Psychology & Sociology at UBC, she is now dedicated to creating a safe space for consumers to learn about the benefits of cannabis and its various properties, Juniper is particularly passionate about consumer education and empowering others to understand how cannabis can improve their lives, just as it has hers.

Baljit has a passion for helping small business owners and individuals to manage and grow their financial well-being. With her accounting knowledge, skills, problem solving and attention to detail she has joined the Mercari team. She holds an accounting degree from Guelph University in Business Administration and Accounting. Apart from her passion for numbers, Baljit enjoys a healthy lifestyle starting from diet to staying active and practicing mindful meditation to keep her cognitive and physical abilities at optimal performance.
